Our content.
The texts, images, plugin names and logos on veles.audio belong to us or are used with their owners’ permission. You may view them, link to them and quote them where the law allows. Anything more needs our consent.
These terms are the rules for using veles.audio: the site, your account, the plugins you download or buy here and the license to use them. Under Polish law they are our regulamin for services provided electronically. Write to support@veles.audio with any question about them.
Polska wersja: Regulamin.
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy. You can save or print this page at any time.
veles.audio, meaning this site and the plugins it publishes, is provided by Piakarski and Partners spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Karmelicka 27/301, 31-131 Kraków, Poland (“we”).
The company is entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001268568. Its registration files are kept by Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. NIP 6762728358, REGON 54578132000000, share capital PLN 5,000.00.
You can reach us at support@veles.audio or by post at the company address.
Through veles.audio we provide:
Everything except paid plugins is free of charge.
To use the site you need a current version of a common web browser with JavaScript and cookies turned on, and an email address where you can receive our emails.
Each plugin’s page lists what the plugin needs: the operating system, the plugin format and a host that can load it. Check these before you download or buy. A plugin may not work on a computer that doesn’t meet them.
You can open an account if you are 16 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s consent before you buy a plugin.
An account is for one person. Use an email address that is yours and that you can read, and keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has got into your account, change your password and write to us.
When you use veles.audio, don’t:
If you break these rules, we may end your account as described under Ending your account.
Free plugins, such as Feedback Emulator, are free for personal and commercial use. You need an account to get one: claim it on its page and download it from My plugins, where you can download it again while you have your account. The license below applies to it.
Paid plugins are sold by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. When you buy one, your purchase contract is with Paddle, under Paddle’s buyer terms. They cover payment, tax, your invoice and your statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.
Prices on our site are in US dollars. Paddle works out the tax for your country, and the checkout shows the total before you pay. You pay once; there is no subscription.
Once Paddle confirms your payment, the plugin appears in My plugins and, if it needs a license key, we email you the key. We supply the plugin and its license, and we handle support and complaints about how it works.
If a plugin you paid for isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason and even after you have downloaded it. Write to support@veles.audio and tell us the plugin and the email address you bought it with, or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you.
The refund goes through Paddle and back to the way you paid. Once it’s done, the plugin leaves your library and your license to use it ends, so stop using it and delete your copies. The same happens if your payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer (a chargeback).
This promise comes on top of your rights as a consumer and doesn’t limit them. Paddle’s buyer terms explain your statutory right to withdraw, including when it ends once a download has started with your consent.
Our plugins are licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights in them.
When you claim a free plugin or buy a paid one, we give you a non-exclusive, worldwide license with no end date. It lets you install and use the plugin on any number of computers that you own or control, for any purpose, including commercial music production and live performance. What you make with our plugins is yours, and we claim no rights in it.
You may share the original, unmodified installer of a free plugin with others free of charge.
A license key for a paid plugin is for you alone, so don’t share or publish it. You may pass the license on to someone else only with our consent by email, and we won’t refuse it without a good reason. The new owner then takes over these terms and you delete your copies.
You may not:
The law lets anyone who uses a plugin lawfully fix errors in it, make a backup copy, observe and test how it works, and decompile it where that is needed to make other programs work with it. These terms don’t take those rights away.
We don’t end a license by giving notice. A license ends only:
When a license ends, stop using the plugin and delete your copies.
Deleting your account does not end your licenses. You keep the right to use the copies you have, but you lose access to your library and we can’t send you a license key again.
If the license text shown by a plugin’s installer differs from this section, the version that is more favourable to you applies. Each plugin comes with the notices for the third-party components it includes.
When we release an update to a plugin, everyone who has the plugin can download it free from My plugins, for as long as we offer that plugin. We announce every update in the plugin’s changelog.
We provide the updates needed to keep a plugin working as described, security fixes included, for as long as you can reasonably expect for that kind of plugin. We don’t promise new features.
Install updates within a reasonable time. If you don’t install an update we told you about, we are not responsible for a fault that the update would have fixed, unless it failed to install because of our instructions.
For help with a plugin, write to support@veles.audio.
If something on the site, in your account or in a plugin doesn’t work as it should, you can make a complaint. Write to support@veles.audio or by post to the company address. Tell us the email address of your account, what is wrong and what you would like us to do.
We answer within 14 days, by email. If you are a consumer and we don’t answer in that time, your complaint counts as accepted.
If a plugin doesn’t work as described, the law gives you these rights. First we bring it into line with what we promised, usually with a fix. If we can’t, we don’t do it within a reasonable time, the fault comes back or it is so serious that you shouldn’t have to wait, you can ask for a lower price or end the contract and get your money back through Paddle. We are responsible for faults that existed when you got the plugin and show up within two years.
For a plugin you bought, Paddle is the seller and these rights also apply under Paddle’s buyer terms. Write to us first: we deal with problems in our plugins and arrange any refund with Paddle. These rights also apply to free plugins where the law gives them.
If a complaint doesn’t settle things and you are a consumer, you can use an out-of-court procedure, such as help from a consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or mediation by the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). The Polish consumer authority, UOKiK, lists these routes, including those for disputes across EU borders, at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Taking part is voluntary for both sides. When we answer a complaint that we don’t settle, we tell you whether we agree to such a procedure.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
As a consumer, you can bring a claim against us in the courts of the country where you live or in Poland, and we bring claims against you only in the courts of the country where you live. Disputes with business users go to the court that has jurisdiction over our registered office.
We are liable to consumers as the law provides. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for harm we cause intentionally or for injury to a person.
The site may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance. We keep such breaks as short as we can.
If you use veles.audio for your business, the consumer rules in these terms don’t apply to you. Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the plugin concerned, and we are not liable for lost profits. This limit never covers harm we cause intentionally.
If you are a sole trader and the contract is not of a professional nature for you, which mainly follows from the business activity listed in your CEIDG entry, the consumer rules on unfair terms, withdrawal and plugins that don’t work as described apply to you too. You may tell us whether a purchase is professional for you, but you don’t have to.
Using any service over the internet carries risks, such as malware, phishing messages that pretend to come from us and someone else getting hold of your password. Download our plugins only from your library on veles.audio, keep your computer and your music software up to date and use a password you don’t use anywhere else. We never ask for your password by email.
The cookies the site uses and the settings our plugins keep on your computer are described in the privacy policy.
You can end your account at any time under Account, Delete account. What happens to your data then is explained in the privacy policy.
We may end your account by email, with 30 days’ notice, if:
We may end it at once, without notice, only if you use the site for unlawful purposes, attack our systems or commit fraud against us.
When your account ends, your licenses continue as described under Your license. If we stop running veles.audio, we tell you at least 30 days before, so you can download your plugins and save your license keys.
The texts, images, plugin names and logos on veles.audio belong to us or are used with their owners’ permission. You may view them, link to them and quote them where the law allows. Anything more needs our consent.
We change these terms only when the law, a decision of a court or an authority, our plugins and services, the way we sell them or the security of the site requires it. When they change we update this page and the date below. We don’t ask you to accept them again.
If a change adds to what you must do or takes away any of your rights, we email you the new terms at least 14 days before it applies, and you can delete your account before then if you don’t agree. A change never narrows the license for a plugin you already have and never applies to a purchase made before it.
These terms are also available in Polish. If you are a consumer and a Polish citizen, the Polish version is the basis for interpreting them. This version is from 29 October 2026.
