Privacy policy.
This site is run by veles.audio. This page says what data we hold, why we hold it and what you can do about it. For anything below, write to support@veles.audio.
What we collect.
Four things, nothing else.
- Account. Your email address, a display name and a hash of your password. The password itself is never stored.
- Plugin access. Which plugins your account can download and when that access was granted.
- Messages. What you write through the contact form, with the email you enter, delivered to our inbox.
- Server logs. Standard technical logs (request, time, IP address) kept for security and debugging.
No analytics, no ad tracking and no marketing lists. We do not buy data and we do not sell it.
Why we have it.
Account data and plugin access exist so you can sign in and download what is yours. In GDPR terms this is performance of a contract. Server logs keep the service secure and messages are kept so we can answer you, which rests on legitimate interest.
The only emails we send are about your account: a welcome note, password resets and a notice when your password changes. There is no newsletter.
Cookies.
Signing in sets two cookies: one keeps your session for an hour, the other renews it for up to seven days. They do nothing else. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, which is also why there is no cookie banner. Signing out removes both.
Where it lives.
Everything runs on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. Two services handle email for us: Twilio SendGrid sends the account emails and Resend delivers contact form messages. Both are US companies working under EU approved safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). No one else sees your data.
How long we keep it.
Account data stays until you delete your account. Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation needs them. Password reset links expire within minutes and server logs are rotated after a short period.
Your rights.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, take it elsewhere or object to how it is used. One email to support@veles.audio does it and we answer within a month. Deleting your account removes everything tied to it.
If you are in the EU or the UK and think we got something wrong, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
The small print.
This site is not aimed at children under 16. When this policy changes we update this page and the date here. This version is from 8 July 2026.
